Recently, I’ve updated FreeBSD which update xfce 4.14 to xfce 4.16. Xfce 4.16 looks awesome but the “up key” on my laptop is not working. Look like the issue on xfce 4.16 key binding.
Solution:
Application Menu -> Settings -> Keyboard -> Application Shortcuts
then delete the ( xfce4- screenshooter Print) shortcut.
